Just follow below simple steps.

First open Notepad and copy below codes

Dim message, sapi

message=InputBox("What do you want me to say?","TRICKS UPTO DATE")

Set sapi=CreateObject("sapi.spvoice")

sapi.Speak message

Now save the notepad file as talk.vbs
Now close the notepad file and open it again.
Done !!!
